Booking Policy
Group Booking Policy
Please be aware that we do not accept bookings for groups of guests aged 16–21 where the purpose is partying. Exceptions are made only for family gatherings. We do require passport ID on arrival if we deem the booking to be suspicious, you will be turned away if this is the case with no refund.
No extra guests or visitors are permitted in this property apart from the number of guests you have booked on. The presence of non-booked guests will result in your full damage deposit fee not being returned and we may also ask you to leave the property with no refund. This is managed by our outside only body count cameras.
Only guests booked on this booking are allowed in the property unless agreed otherwise
Pricing & Booking Information
The price is based on 16 guests.
For any additional guests beyond 16, up to a maximum of 24, there is an additional charge of £60 per person, per night.
Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in: From 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a direct booking. Remaining balance is to be paid atleast 14 days prior to your stay which is none refundable. A £500 refundable damage deposit is required 7 days before check-in. This will be returned on your check-out day following a damage inspection.
Bedroom Access
Bedrooms will be opened based on the number of guests on your booking.
